The iBelly Workout makes it fun and has three different routines and programs for you to choose from. Pick a workout, place your iPhone or iPod touch on your tummy and let the fun begin.
> EXERCISE & WORKOUT: you get to select how many reps you want to do, how fast the ball moves and the type of workout – up-and-down, side-to-side or each direction.
> PLAY & PASS: with this routine, you can challenge others to a belly battle – see who can do more reps in 20 seconds or who can do 20 reps the fastest.
> PUZZLES & LEVELS: to make iBelly Workout even more fun than it already is, we\’ve added a variety of levels for you to pass. This routine will test your ability to control your stomach muscles as you have to navigate an object around various obstacles. Puzzles include the \”Gut\”ter Ball, the Solar Plexus, the Ripped Tide and many more.
We also know that people need motivation to stay on a workout program, which is why we let you customize your background, your objects and even let you select a female or male trainer voice to help you through your workout. Also, to help you keep track of your progress, we provide you with a workout journal that logs all of your activity.
